The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

DISCUSSION:

The Commission will discuss two coastal structures damaged by the March 2, 2018 coastal storm.  The structures include the timber float at Ryder’s Cove Landing and the aluminum shore access stairs at the north side of the Fish Pier.

552 Orleans Road, Hung Gately LLC: Regrading of Resource Areas and sedimentation of Salt Marsh. 

108 Mill Hill Road: Vegetation removal, regrading and installation of dock-like structure in Wetland Resource Area and Adjacent Upland Resource Area. 

20 Cedar Swamp Lane: Vegetation removal including the cutting of trees and regrading in Resource Area.

55 Oyster Bluff: Planting non-native vegetation on a Coastal Bank
