The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair. 

HEARING SCHEDULE DISCUSSION:
The Commission will vote on a hearing schedule for Notices of Intent and Requests to Amend Orders of Conditions received after March 10, 2020. The full list appears below under the agenda heading “Hearings to be Scheduled.”

FIELD CHANGE REQUEST: 

178 Old Harbor Road (aka 168 Old Harbor Road, Lot B), Eastward Companies Business Trust (owner), SE 10-3379: Request to reduce the size of the proposed inground pool, change the orientation of the pool from being parallel with the back of the house to perpendicular to the house and reduce the size of the patio in the 50-100 foot buffer.
