  Van going in for service to replace engine sensor
  Back plastic wheel cover may need to be replaced
  7.   Administrative updates
  Annual report completed and submitted
  Wellness checks procedures- is COA okay with this being formal protocols
  8.       COA Website Updates
  Website is being updated with new materials, will continue to be checked and updated regularly
  Facebook is being linked to website as well
  9.       Information session
  a.   Bob has the 5Ws idea for PHN, does COA want to do videos?
  		B.  pending information from MCPHS and Lasagna Love
