  Accepting minutes of meeting on 1/26/21
  
  Financial Updates (Expenses, Donations, Director wages and PT wages)
  
  Van updates and Yoga
  	-still have 3-4x weekly rides
  	-piece being replaced for back wheel
          -yoga is still continuing
          -opportunity to have seniors get additional access to exercise at home
  
  
  COVID vaccine
  	-what are the latest updates 
  	-getting added to the waitlist
  	-COA director calling people when it is their turn
  	-bi-weekly meeting with EOEA and the state
  	-working with departments to see if mass transportation can be arranged for those in need of rides
  
  Zoom meetings
  	-MCPHS meeting with Aileen Lemoine occurred last week
  		-will continue to do zoom information meetings monthly/bimonthly
  
  Expanded food opportunities
  	-WHEAT is open to having delivered weekday lunches to Northbrook
  	-need to see if people are interested and we can try to get it up and running
  	-people can still use Berlin Food Pantry in addition to WHEAT if they need it
  
  Senior Calls
          -can continue making them monthly
  
  PowderHouse News
  	-next issue will be May/June 2021
  	-any ideas for content??

  -Yoga: remains on Zoom weekly, will start trialing outdoor yoga or indoor yoga once weather gets better
  -Tai-Chi: has not resumed yet, can see if this happens
  4. Gatherings with Seniors or more at-home meals
  -COVID relief funds are still available
  -nicer weather= may be a way to gather outside while being mindful of everyone
  -something we want to pursue

  -asking the Chiefs for a write-up for the next issue
