The Brimfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the request of Cumberland Farms for a variance under s. 4.1 and 11.2.2 to allow rear yard setback of 19.3’ verses required setback for convenience store building for properties at 3 and 7 Main Street, Parcel ID Map 13A, Lot 10 (7 Main) and Map 13A Lot 11 (3 Main) Abutters are invited to consider the proposals and provide public input. The hearing will be held on Thursday, November 21 at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex.
