  Members present:   Gerhard Fandreyer, Rebecca Martin and Reginald Haughton.  Also present, Clerk, Kelly Garlock.
  A motion was made by Rebecca to open meeting at 6p.m.  Gerhard seconded.  So moved.
  1. Signed one Exemption.  On one other needed more information to process.  Kelly will send letter to request the information.
  2. Signed four(4) Applications for renewal of Chapter Land.
  3. Any other such business that came before the Board:  Helped a Gardner resident with a motor vehicle excise bill.  Also, assisted a resident with questions about their Chapter land property.  Apparently was taken out and put back in.  Assessor’s error.  Need to abate the years 2012, 2013, 2014. 
  
  A motion was made by Rebecca to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.  The motion was seconded by Gerhard.  So moved.
