6:00 PM - Call to Order 6:00 PM - Open Time for Public Regular Business • Review and Approve Minutes for June 27, 2019 New Business • PCF – Dawn Young – Assessor Office – Administrative Assistant – Part-Time • PCF – Angela Bolduc – Town Clerk Office – Assistant Town Clerk - Resignation • Discussion Items o PRF Discussion Discussion on eliminating the requirement for PRF with all PCF's. PRF's should be required for creating a new position, re-scoring a position and funding approval. PRF's have already been approved for replacing an employee. o Offer Letter Discussion o PCF Form Revision Discussion Discussion to adopt new PCF. It is imperative that there is a hire/effective date on the PCF. At present, the intent is that the PCF is not effective until it is approved by all boards. The effective date is necessary for retirement calculations, retro calculations, accrual calculations, step increases as well as benefit start dates.
