  Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2015 at 8:30PM, in the Berlin Town Office Building, to act on the Appeal of a Decision by the Building Inspector, Lawrence Brandt, dated January 5, 2015 for Brian Lewis of 11 Whitney Road, Berlin, Massachusetts regarding his home based landscaping business.
       The Applicant requests that the Board lift the January 5, 2015 cease and desist order and extend the Special Permit voted and approved by the Board on August 11, 2010, pursuant to Section 1212.3 of the Town of Berlin Zoning Bylaw and M.G.L. c 40A, Sections 8 and 15.
       All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing.
