Meeting Notice Selectboard, Phillipston, MA Phillipston Memorial School On the Common Phillipston, MA 01331 Agenda Monday September 13, 2021 @ 7:00 pm 7:00 Regular Session, call to order Announcements Approve Minutes. Review applicants for Administrative Assistant and Secretary positions, discuss process and set up schedule for interviews. Ken McClure request PMS Sept 19th cub scout activity, also Oct 24th for Cub scout party. Note, conflicts with already scheduled Northeast Houndsmen seminar Sept 19 - 24th. Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters. Town Buildings sanitizing. Alarm swipe cards to limit touch area's to reduce virus transfer. Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, discuss advertising, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions. Discuss having clerk draft missing minutes from zoom meetings. Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP. Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and space to store scale. Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and siding repairs including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes. Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements. Including year end account transfers when accountant has amounts. Adjourn.
