  The Templeton Advisory Committee Pre-Town Meeting is being broadcast live on TCTV Channel 8 and the TCTV YouTube channel.  Any comments made to the YouTube channel chat will be considered part of the public record and included with the meeting minutes, and a response will be made to these comments as soon as possible.  
  The agenda and meeting materials for this business meeting were posted to www.mytowngovernment.org/01468 no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, in accordance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts Open Meeting Laws.  The Chairperson reserves the right to add items to, remove items from, or change the order of the agenda.  However, the agenda is posted in advance to give the committee and public time to review the agenda items, and to ensure the meeting runs within the allotted timeframe.

  1)	Call to Order by Chairperson at 6:30 PM, or when a quorum is present.
  2)	Pledge of Allegiance
  3)	Consideration of the Warrant for the Fall Special Town Meeting on November 3, 2021
  a.	Per parliamentary procedure, all motions must be of a positive nature.  
  b.	Potential Suggested Motions for Each Article:
  I.	Move to recommend adoption of the article at town meeting.
  1.	If the Committee chooses to recommend, vote YES.
  2.	If the Committee chooses not to recommend, vote NO.
  3.	Committee members may ABSTAIN at their discretion.  
  4.	If a Committee member feels there may be a conflict of interest if they deliberate on an Article of the Warrant, they may RECUSE themselves for that particular Article.  
  II.	Move to make no recommendation for the article.
  c.	Comments on each article will be provided to the public by the Advisory Committee within the recommendation document.  
  d.	The recommendation document must be approved and provided to the town administrator no later than Saturday October 30, 2021 per bylaws.  
  4)	Adjournment – 
  a.	Motion to adjourn until Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 6:30 PM for a regular business meeting.
