  Shall the Town of Southampton be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to pay costs of purchasing a Fuel Station and Generator for the Highway Department, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto?   Shall the Town of Southampton be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to pay costs of designing, constructing, originally equipping and furnishing a new Public Safety Complex, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto?
