The Ashburnham Planning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing for comment with regards to proposed amendments to the following sections of the Zoning By-Laws of the Town of Ashburnham:

Section 1.5 Definitions;

Section 3.3 Special Conditions

Section 4.2 Table 1 – Schedule of Dimensional Regulations – Modify Minimum Lot Dimension requirements in the R-A and R-B Districts for lots with access to both a municipal water supply and a municipal sanitary sewer;

Section 4.38 Swimming Pool Fence;

Section 5.2 Signs.

The Public Hearing will be held on April 9, 2019 starting at 6:45 PM in the Lower level meeting room of the Public Safety Building located at 99 Central Street Ashburnham MA 01430. A copy of the proposed bylaw will be available for inspection in the Land Use office.
