DISCUSSION:

687 Fox Hill Road, Christopher L Gorgone, Jr., SE 10- 3184: The Commission will discuss the plantings and fencing as they currently exist in the Resource Areas and buffer zones and whether they are compliant with the original Order of Conditions SE 10-3184.

The Conservation Commission will discuss a request from the Land Stewardship Committee of the Chatham Conservation Foundation. The Committee is asking for information on how to permit the use of split rail fences to minimize or prohibit human intrusion into Resource Areas on their property. 

108 Mill Hill Road: The Commission will review a new planting plan prepared by the homeowner.
