Berlin, MA Housing Partnership

While appointed by the Board of Selectmen, the Partnership works with the Planning Board. The goals are written in the town's Master Plan. The Housing Partnership tries to implement the Planned Production document goals submitted to and accepted by DHCD. The Partnership meets with developers to review their plans, oversees any affordable housing lotteries, walk the project to confirm the affordable units are treated equally, etc.

No meetings of Housing Partnership are currently scheduled.
